Meet Elisha: our T-Level placement student

We’re excited to introduce you to Elisha Jones, a 17-year-old Business Support T-Level student from City College Norwich, who joins us one day a week as part of her course.

Elisha has a real head for numbers, a love of maths, and a clear goal: to become a Paraplanner. Just a few weeks into her course, she proactively reached out to us to secure her placement (while many of her classmates are still searching!) - a sign of the determination we know will take her far.

She’s already making a fantastic contribution, and after her T-Level she’ll have the option to continue with us through an apprenticeship, starting in admin and eventually joining our paraplanning team.

When she’s not studying or working, Elisha is an avid reader and a Disney fan.

Here’s what she had to say about her time with us so far:

“I’m really enjoying my placement at Brancaster House. It’s helping me see how what I’m learning at college applies in the real world, and it’s confirmed that financial planning is definitely the career I want to pursue.”
